01. Red bell peppers:
Vitamin C, in addition to boosting immunity, also helps in maintaining the health of the skin. Red bell peppers contain twice the amount of vitamin C as citrus fruits, and are also a valuable source of beta carotenes.
02. Citrus fruits:
Vitamin C assists in increasing the production of white blood cells, which play a key role in fighting disease. The body does not produce vitamin C, and neither does it store it. Therefore we need to obtain our daily requirement of vitamin C from the foods we eat. Mostly all citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C.
03. Garlic:
