. क्या है लोक लेखा समिति भारतीय संविधान के आने पहले भी थी लोक लेखा समिति लोक लेखा समिति भारतीय संसद की सबसे पुरानी और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण समितियों में से एक है. भारतीय संसद के भी बनने से पहले 1921 में सेन्ट्रल लेजिस्लेटिव असेम्बली में लोक लेखा समितियां होती थीं. इसका मुख्य काम सरकारी ख़र्चों के खातों की जांच करना है. इसका आधार हमेशा नियंत्रक और महालेखा परीक्षक की रिपोर्ट ही होती है. भारत हैवी इलेक्ट्रिकल्स जैसी सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की कंपनियों को छोड़ कर जहाँ भी सार्वजनिक धन का व्यय होता है, वहां-वहां ये समिति जांच कर सकती है. इसका कार्यकाल सिर्फ़ एक वर्ष का होता है. इसकी रूप रेखा क्या होती है ? 1967 तक इसका अध्यक्ष सत्तारूढ़ दल से होता था. 1967 के बाद से हमेशा इसका अध्यक्ष विपक्ष से होता है. विपक्षी दलों की राय से लोक सभा अध्यक्ष लोक लेखा समिति के अध्यक्ष की नियुक्ति करता है. इसमें संसद में मौजूद भिन्न-भिन्न राजनितिक दलों के सांसद होते हैं. इसमें अधिकतम 22 सदस्य होते हैं हैं जिसमे

. Hindu Education is about 3 Ms - Mathematics, Music & Meditation What is the difference with Hindu education?  It is holistic. The present education system has a serious imbalance.  It just caters to the left mind — mathematics and mechanistic world view.  It only feeds your logical mind. The result is there for all to see.  Everybody is getting selfish and exploitative.. that is because the right brain has been starved. Hindu education takes care of all your faculties.  Mathematics for the left brain.  Music & arts for the right brain.  Plus silent secular meditation to awaken the dormant powers in you. I don’t think any sensible person should have any objection about this.  What do you say?
