BUILD A SECOND RUNG
Can’t go on like Lalu, with no one to depend on. Need the personalities and skills now.

WATCH THE BABU
The bureaucracy will make or mar Nitish 2. There’s no one to challenge them now. Only Nitish.

START LAND REFORM
No way Bihar can do without this. Land to the tiller. Fifteen acres max holding. All holdings in one place.

STAY SILENT
Boasts killed Lalu and can end Nitish’s dream in a jiffy. Have to let the work talk.

WATCH OUT FOR THE BJP
They have too many seats for comfort. Can think of having their government instead. Tricky.

GET THE TOWNS CLEANED
Urban Bihar is too dirty. Leaves a strong negative impression and keeps people ill because of poor hygiene.

BUILD. BUILD. BUILD.
26,000 primary schools. A thousand kilometres roads. 15,000 primary health centres.

  • Ask the Centre for too much 

  • Focus on GDP. Income, health and education are more important.
